Danielle Delaunay has been studying voice for 15-years, and performing professionally since the age of five. Born and raised in the Hawaiian Islands, Danielle’s performance career has taken her around the world. Her practical experience as a recording artist and stage performer covers pop, rock and musical theater, and her time as a member of J-Pop mega-group Coconuts Musume, a Sony Music/Upfront Agency produced girl band. Developing a broad range of studio, dance, touring and media skills her time with the band included several chart hits, national headlining tours and collaboration with Jpop’s leading pop figures, Morning Musume and Tsunku-san.
Danielle’s students benefit directly from her years in the spotlight. In addition to her time in Japan, she has sung in the UK, Thailand, Taiwan, Belgium, and all over the United States, as well as appearing in commercials, TV, movies, and print commercials for international blue chip brands. Most recently featuring in the latest season of Hawaii 5-0. Danielle has a graduate diploma in Musical Theatre from Guildford School of Acting. She has been a voice coach since 2008, and was among the first cohort of Vocology in Practice instructors in 2013.
