Erickson has loved singing all his life but struggled though and after puberty with the changing voice He started lessons for himself in 2004.

He continued singing with the idea that classical singing was the "best" way to sing and any other way was "wrong" so, of course, no matter what he sang, he sounded like a classical singer. He discovered that switching styles was possible in 2013. 

Erickson is now our to demystify singing and help others sing as many styles as they like!

Formal private music instruction: 18 years (15 years voice, 6 years violin, 3 years piano, 2 years music theory)

• Las Vegas Academy of the Arts for choir and orchestra then UNLV to earn a music degree

• performed as a soloist since 1999 (7 years violin, 20+ years voice)

• up to date on recent vocal pedagogy HOWEVER, getting things "right" doesn't mean you're creating art!
